What is the referral program?
The referral program is our way of rewarding you for bringing friends to our platform. When you invite someone, and they sign up, both you and your friend receive special discounts on your subscriptions.
How do I invite friends?
You can invite friends by sharing your unique referral link, which can be found in your profile dropdown. When they sign up through this link, you both receive discounts.Please note, if your friends signup on Pixcap platform through other means than the provided link, you will not receive the benefits.When inviting new users, be sure to explain this in detail to ensure everyone benefits fully.
How much discount can I get?
As a referrer you can get up to a 10% discount for each successful referral, with a maximum of 50%. As a referee you can get a 30% discount, and this can increase by referring more friends.
How long is the discount valid for?
The discount for the referrer is valid for 12 months from the date of their friend's successful sign-up. For the referee, it's also valid for 12 months but must be used within 30 days of joining.
How do I redeem my discount?
For the referrer:
Invite Friends: Share your unique referral link with friends. You can find this link in your profile dropdown.
Friend's Sign-Up: When your friend signs up through your referral link, you become eligible for a discount.
Notification: You will receive a notifications and an email to inform you that you are now eligible for a discount.
Referral Promo Button: Look for the "Referral Promo" button in the top navigation bar, HERE. Click on it and complete your purchase.
Discount Applied: Your discount will be automatically applied to your next billing cycle, whether you have a monthly or yearly subscription.
For the referee:
Join Through Referral Link: Sign up for our platform using the referral link shared by your friend.
Welcome Promo: You will see the "Referral Promo" button in the top navigation bar HERE with a countdown timer indicating the days left to claim your discount. Complete your purchase.
Discount Applied: Your discount is automatically applied to your subscription for the next 12 months (or 1 year for yearly subscriptions). The discounted pricing will be visible on the pricing page.
What happens if I already have a subscription?
If you're already a paying user, the discount will be applied to your next billing cycle. If you're eligible for a discount and subscribe, you'll receive the discounted rate for the next 12 months.
Can I use the discount for monthly and yearly subscriptions?
Yes, the discount is applicable to both monthly and yearly subscriptions for the next 12 months.
What happens if I invite more friends after receiving the discount?
If you refer more friends, your discount can increase. For example, if you have a 10% discount and refer someone else, your discount can go up to 20% for the next 12 months.
How will I know when someone signs up through my link?
You will receive notifications, and emails, to inform you when someone has successfully signed up through your referral link. Also as soon as a new friend signs up through your referral, the discount automatically gets applied to your account and the price you will see on our pricing page includes the discount.
Where can I find the referral promo button and progress information?
